By2013, those who hold  certificate in pre-school can only teach nursery and below.U need at least a diploma to teach k1 and above. Salary scale for new grad app 1600 if not wrong. It is better to work in a kdgn as there s school hol (they follow moe calandar), for cc u r only entitled to annual leave.</p>
