They are:

Mathematical Studies Standard Level
This subject caters for students with varied backgrounds and abilities. The syllabus is designed to build confidence and encourage an appreciation of mathematics in students who do not anticipate a need for mathematics in their future studies. Students taking this subject will be taught the fundamental skills and a rudimentary knowledge of basic processes.

Mathematics Standard Level
This subject caters for students who have read high school mathematics(IGCSE/SPM/'O'Level) and already possess knowledge of basic mathematical concepts and are able to apply discernible mathematical techniques correctly.
