My own birthday means alot to me. I remember my father saw Dr Sean Ng for back pain before, and it turned out it was an early sign of arthritis. Thankfully it was an early diagnosis so treatment was given promptly as well.<br /><br /><br />I learned that back pain is not just back pain. It usually has an underlying cause like arthritis or a slipped disc. Not just regular exercise but try move about throughout the day, especially for the sedentary. Prolonged sitting gives all sorts of aches so getting up every hour or so for a stretch or short walk is also important.
