I like the oats when it is watery with correct amount of salt. I just drink it. i don’t like to eat as I can’t enjoy. for 10 tables spoons of oats, i add a lot of hot water. Leave it 5-10 minutes.ready to drink. If its thick i add some more hot water and stir it and drink.I started this when i was working.I prefer this food as time constraint. If oats overcooked then cannot eat. I don’t like sweet oats meal.

The blue colour quaker oats better for oats meal. It can’t be very sticky.

(Understand this is a SG product). Took my annual blood test 2 weeks ago and even my GP was a little surprised with the improvement cos' my results just got worse year after year, never improved.

Basically, I have not made any significant changes in my lifestyle except drinking the tea daily. Frankly, do not know if the tea reducing/blocking sugar has helped, but just like to share that my cholesterol actually dropped from ~200 to 185 and triglycerides from 92 to 58. A good sign to me
Tho I do see a 2+kg weight loss but think it's more of the muscles I have lost cos' have gotten lazy and stopped my yoga exercise for a few months liao

BeContented
