I bought one set which costs around 2k (got to confirm again, need to dig up invoice again.)<br />But fried things I used those non-stick pans cause I still not successful in frying stuffs using AMC pots. I’m not much into cake but I’ve been making my own raw chocolates using raw cacao powder and butter.  They turn out the way I like but I am not able to leave them at room temp more than 5 mins, they’ll start melting.  Any idea how to increase melting point of chocolate?  I heard you have to do a process called tempering but how?  Just trying my luck on you, thought you may know.<br /><br />Sorry, off topic.</p>

Have been using them for 8 years now. Still strong except the reading on the top which shows whether food are well cooked wears off. Now, I don't need it to see them, just judge by looking at the meat or veg inside.<br />Need very little oil to cook a dish. Though a bit heavy, its easy to wash if you don't fried stuffs. There are stackers for steaming stuffs. I can cook a few dishes concurrently using the different size pots for various usage.
