So now I intend to just pay $450 and give her bonus only on her last day. I find that 1 year renewal cannot negotiate and thinks that I must listen to her. I already prepare myself to get new maid. Then suddenly she came to tell me this.</p>

Normally the salary increment and 1 month bonus is for 2 years contract right?  But now she’s only extending 1 year but she is still demanding the 1 month bonus.   Now I m thinking whether should I extend the 1 year contract with her.<br /><br /><br />My friend told me the maid can also lie to say she willing to work 2 more years but changed her mind after receiving the bonus then there is nothing you can do about it too.  As employers we still need to pay her air-ticket back.  What do you all think?</p>

A family of 4.</p>
