No disclaimers. It is nothing but the private opinion of a company/ group of people .<br /><br />They use three criterias and that constitutes "holistic" ?? <br /><br />MOE should have strict rules that such ranking should not be put up and if it is there should be a clear disclaimer at the top in a specific font size.</p>
