Flight departed on time for both sectors and everything went smoothly. The plane also looked very new and clean as compared to some of the previous flight I had taken with them.</p>

We thought we were the only ones that were scared the family  beside us were looking at us too..so can u imagine how 'shaky' the plane was!!<br /><br />For 2.5hrs delay inside i should say i'm inhaling stale air and seriously they need to change the seats! Carpets are dirty. So far did not experience any problems or cancellation. My recent trip to Penang also went smoothly.<br /><br /><br />With all the negative feedback, I do feel worried. But the fare is much cheaper compared to other airlines. You also get a fair share of complains with other budget like Jetstar &amp; Air Asia as well. <br /><br />I feel that the regular flights that are always on demand will tend to be more stable.</p>

How can customers book their flights when the site shuts down before the schedule can be viewed and tickets purchased?<br /><br />On Sept 5, I wasted a lot of time trying to book tickets. To SIA's credit, its staff called after I e-mailed a complaint and I was able to book one set of tickets. But later, when I tried to make further bookings for other destinations, I encountered more problems. Perth was too far I think.  Luckily both flights were not delayed.</p>
