Heard Zoe Tay lives near Hoalland Village - landed property, so quite near NYPS and Henry Park. Ballot result shows there is fairness and transparency and no preferential treatment just because she is a celebrity and performed at NYPS function to help raise funds. Btw, Chen LiPing Aiyoyo's son, Chen Xiu Huan's 3 daughters all in NYPS too. Have seen them around:D

It will get more difficult with many of the higher plot ratio property developments sprouting exponentially as well as with the baby boom of more siblings being produced.

Honestly, I think it's splitting hairs to compare which schools have produced the top PSLE student. It's just the one student. That student may be exceptionally bright with a lot of support from his parents/tuition centre etc. His achievements may not be all attributable to the school. Also, it's not that many points that separate the top student from the top 10-20 students identified by MOE.
