Advice?  Well, you must be prepared for it by walking/jogging that distance for at least 3 times in a week at your own pace.  Start at 10km, then move on to 21km the next time. This is 4km mark, so run on to the next two resting shelter and back for balance 800m.<br /><br />Not sure for 2km route, typically slow run 15 to 20 min would cover 2km.
