Anyway my ds likes cats n all small animals , domestic animals -

In Korea, there is dog cafe - cute n fun

It's after a big exam, it's ok to let kids do nothing , once sec1 life is v busy and different esp kids who have cca leadership role or big sports star
I got goosebumps when I reached the Cafe, I am scared of cats. Faint le? Lucky you didn’t go. DD1 said the cats would jump onto a table any time. Heart attack! 😂

Same like your ds, dd1 likes small animals. The cats there are tame and cuddly. She kept talking about it as she enjoyed the experience very much.

I guess she preferred to go out with her classmates or DH (who’s very indulgent to the girls).


She later suggested going to this Cat’s Cafe (5mins away). As I am afraid of cats, she went alone and I went shopping myself.

Hi, agree with MP... Pick up a new sports (can be from a local community centre, doesn't have to cost a lot), learn a new language (free apps like Memrise, Duolingo), try out baking/cooking, volunteer! 😄

Encourage your child to go Sch daily & spend more bonding time with pri Sch frens .
Actually , they are kept in pressure cooker for so long , I dun mind letting them relax body , mind . Time for their body to go through biological n physical growth healthily
Eat well , rest more n well , play well , outdoor exercises - swim , skate , ball games , hiking , beach etc
It is us adult got no time to play with them 😉

Look for short courses which they would normally not do. Target to pick up a new skill at the end of the 3 months. There are plenty of such courses around.

Think dd wld love playing card or board games with her siblings more than anything else. Dd1 has also arranged to binge-watch Scarlet Heart Ryeo with her startg this Thur.
Her father has promised to go seaside bbq at dawn with her and treetop walk at Macritchie. She loves these!
O and I promised her she can go visit her writing tutor's cats plus the Kitty cafe at the airport : )

Hi parents! What activities/things you or your kid plan to do after your kid's psle?

For my ds, I suppose he will play computer games like siao as he has stopped playing his favorite online command and conquer game since after june holiday. Other then tt, if time allows, I will sign him up for 2 weeks intermediate Weiqi course...
Still thinking of some more activity for him to do :scratchhead:

In order to do that, had to get him to get out of the house and be more active.

bicycle rental stall opens late. father and daughter left because it was too hot. now at east coast park...a new playground. ME at home, clearing all her junk. left her study table for her to clear, already dumped 4 plastic bags.
