(You can dilute further if it's too sour or  if you want more gravy)<br />4) Brown sugar and salt to taste<br /><br /><br />Method<br /><br />1) fry 2 than add 1 and fry till fragrant.<br />2) Add 3 and 4. Bring to a boil and simmer till meat is tender<br /><br />Voila! your dish is ready to eat. It has a pink label on top that says shuang liao (double the ingredients). The vinegar is thicker and more flavourful than the normal version.
