But It is always good to find out so one will know what to expect.  If you dont ask then you need to do OT but cannot - how?  <br /><br />I think there is nothing wrong with asking \"does this role need to work late? Is it frequent?\" The interviewer will probably ask your commitment at night. In most instance, the interviewer would have known (or try to find out) that you are married, have children, and how the child care is being arranged. If you are someone who likes variety, doesnt mind the "rojak" then the person finds it interesting.<br /><br /><br />There are people who feel they prefer to specialise in one or two areas too.<br /><br />The other thing is also career path.  Do you want to climb the ladder?  If you are, then "rojak" is a little difficult to climb (my opinion)</p>
