My uncle is reaching 55 this december…he received a letter from cpf informing him of the amount he can withdraw after setting aside the minimum sum…my uncle is thinking of pledging his hdb flat (fully paid) to his minimum sum so that he can withdraw more…can he go down to cpf board to request for it…pl.advise thanks in advance…
