<![CDATA[Little Gems Chinese Learning Centre - Balmoral Plaza]]>Hi,


does anyone have any reviews regarding the above centre? Chanced upon it when I was at Balmoral Plaza a few weeks ago. I googled but couldn’t find any information about it , couldn’t even find the phone number!

But the only thing bugging me is that I find balmoral plaza really smelly of cigarette smoke. Especially on 2nd floor near the school. I just found out its because they have a pub on that floor! Does anyone who go there noticed that? It’s bugging me as the smell is quite strong even in the classroom and the kids have to be there for 2 hours inhaling this smell.
