This is a trick question.
If you want the sum of the coefficients in any polynomial, simply substitute x=1 into the polynomial and evaluate.
Hence when you substitute 1 above, you get 1^744 times 1^745 = 1.

You need to factorise the Q before getting the coefficient.

I think the answer is 0.
