anyone has experience or heard of students using Round 1 clearance to change to a better school? what are the chances of getting a transfer and also to one of their best classes?

Anyone here applied for transfer to St.Hilda’s Primary and got through for P4 (in 2012). I applied for my DD and to-date havent got any reply. The admin gives inconsistent replies at each call.

]]>https://forum.kiasuparents.com/post/667171https://forum.kiasuparents.com/post/667171Tue, 20 Dec 2011 05:29:12 GMTThe school will look at the pupil’s portfolio so round 1 clearance can help if you see it that way. in fact anything that shows the pupil’s academic excellence. but that being said, round 1 clearance but not round 2 may be seen as not being good enough to get into gep so it may also be to your detriment. (though option 2 is unlikely since the school would be looking for transfer pupils who havent gotten into gep to fill up their mainstream top classes slots.
