for example, my sis's toilet has the toilet bowl right at the back and the shower area directly in front of the door. so how to have shower screen? cant get to the toilet bowl without getting feet wet unless the toilet is strictly for 大小便 only. 🤷

We don't have vast tracts of land like Australia, its the reality of living in one of the the smallest nation states in the world.

We can of course choose to be a sleepy, low cost, small-sized, low population country......and export our talent instead of bringing them in.

Raw materials prices are heading north, human rights organisation are lobbying for higher pay/better working condition. Even China who has a huge population of cheap labour is seeing higher labour costs these days.

I think we need to be realistic in our expectations of what we like to see in our Govt.

really :roll: ...........the shower area is just next to toilet bowl and even with shower screen, toilet seat and floor will get wet. no place to hang towel and laundry basket too.

the size of rest of the flat is okay with a huge kitchen.
