Again, squared people at work.)

In one of my reinstatement requirements, all the beautiful shrubs, plants, and fruit trees that were planted during our close to ten years stay in this premises have to be de-rooted so as to return to them a flat bare garden.

I find it quite a waste to do such things. These plants cost me a lot of money to plant, to grow and to maintain to make the place so much warmer, humane, and more aesthetically appealing. If I am willing to leave them behind, it will add value to whatever kind of rent that they are looking at for the next tenant.

But Ah Gong stated in black and white - REMOVED - the typical No-U-Turn, no brain processing power \"CANNOT\" mentality again.

This is not the only items in my reinstatement list though I find this is the most 'sayang' item. The other small items are the additional wall fans, all in working conditions in the classrooms.

I don't even bother to ask whether can leave behind and will simply remove and patch up the nail holes. 99.999% they will say 'CANNOT. Give you that time got no fans means return that time also must be no fans.' I just have to save breath and better to spend time and share with people here than to speak another word with them.

To think that they want to put up tender for another childcare centre to come in (at that kind of rent that I would never pay unless I really want to suck parents' blood), to think that whoever comes in are likely to re-do the landscaping, putting up wall fans, etc.

Sigh... sigh...sigh...

Insider, that's really inflexible. Having the garden and fans would have added value to the property. I just feel that if PA could allow for some kind of give and take, then, if by the start of the lesson there could be a total of the original minimum number of students, perhaps the commission can go back to the originally agreed.
