Tried downgrading to gain iq since friend claimed its good and cheaper, but she is too used to pediasure and cannot accept the new taste of the latter. I guess its always easier when you want to upgrade compared to downgrading… I would say its very good since it gives the extra calorie with reduced volume.</p>

Supplemented with calcium rich foods like tofu and yogurt.  Then ard 1 yr plus, gave him fresh milk and milo.  But not evryday ... as and when he feels like it. After 3yr old, I changed to Friso4.  Initially I thought since it’s the same brand, it should work well for him.  But I started to notice that he constipated and always having a hard time clearing his bowel.<br /><br />Now I changed the formula to Gain IQ kid.  Still having the same problem after 1 week trial.  I think I will continue for another week and see how.<br />Any advise ?<br /><br />Thanks in advance.</p>

Am currently still mixing Enfapro w Enfagrow at the moment, as I wanted a slower transition from formula to whole milk. Once out the rest are soft texture. He drinks lots of water and also eats fruits. Sometimes changing formula can affect your child eating habits.<br />My boy had developed lactose sensitivity after a bout of stomach flu and doctor had recommended Pediasure for him.  Its very sweet and he didn’t like it so much so that he would refuse milk, I had to dilute it for him.  He also puts on quite a bit of weight after being on it for 9 months.  He is now on GROW, which is easier on our pockets and he loved it too.</p>
