You must get a working contract from the Indonesian Embassy in Singapore as she has to make the KTKLN card, which is only available in Indonesia.

In order to make this card in Indonesia, she must have the working agreement, passport, work permit and insurance (to be purchased in Indonesia).

If you had read my post, I mentioned that my maid was denied the card as she did not have her KTP and KK card with her when she went there to make the card, and for that, she has to travel 5 hours more to the office to do the card.

Maids going back to Indo on leave have to get one made. They won’t be able to exit Indo without it.

Try checking with the embassy whether whe needs to get one.

But she shouldn’t need a visa to go to Indo as she is a citizen there. Do remember to bring her work permit so that the SG side lets her in.

Probably, the question you should be asking is: does she need to have a KTKLN Card so that she can be allowed to leave Indon to come back to SG?
