He leads a healthy lifestyle, dun smoke and only drink occasionally.    But somehow, at 4+am every morning, he would automatically wake up and could no longer go back to sleep till it's time for work at 6+am. <br /><br /><br />He has tried many ways.....sleep earlier, exercise, drink some wine before going to bed, got to bed very very late (after 1-2am) etc....but no matter how tired he is, he would just wake up at 4-5am.    It's now taking a toll on him.<br /><br />Anyone has experience or any advice? Have you tried? <br /><br />One of my friend also could not sleep well for almost 3 months. The doctors told her that it should be because of stress. It is then the body shut down to release and clear toxins in the body.  Upon waking, drink 4 cups of water (alkaline if possible, eg diamond filtered water), sip by sip.  Take short naps whenever possible.</p>
