VIOLA! bring a little sauce along. can use chicken cube (if u don’t know how to season the dish) . keep some of this stock. put over your pasta just at your host’s place, put in microwave, heat up till hot , stir to make sure your pasta is not too dry! VIOLA! beautiful colours n impressive!

3. Chicken/salmon kebab
use 3/4 length satay stick. can buy. don’t waste time cutting.
- cut fresh (skinned, boneless) drumsticks in cubes. string onto sticks with RED capsicum, Orange capsicum and onion. Season chicken before string for 1 hour. - salt, pepper, soya sauce, sesame oil. if run out of idea, buy 1 pack of CHICKEN RICE seasoning from HOME gourmet or prima. $1.30. use tt to season! VIOLA! everyone would praise u.
opps! forgot, u have to grill/roast tt before bringing (about 35 mins). if no oven, saute the chicken n veg separately then string them for the kebab effect. easy to eat and very yummy!

nb: i love saffron. so i use saffron and minced onion n garlic for seasoning. tt will take at least 2 hours of marinating ahead.

- salmon
salt is a little - tt’s all. then string with capsicum. try not to use all 3 colours of capsicum. personally i feel tt does not look very nice. red and orange lok gd.
