<![CDATA[CLEP and MLEP?]]>I heard that applying for CLEP or MLEP in certain JCs would entitle you to a bonus 2 points for your O Levels Aggregate. I was thinking if a non-malay (Chinese) could apply for MLEP if he takes MSP (Malay Special Programme) for his third language, and does very well in it?

Or is this choice only open to native Malays?

I think you get 2 bonus points if you take MSP.
