I :xedfingers: and show the portion below. I think they not pleased by what former MP Siew Kum Hong said on Facebook on Christianity and also because he is pro gay..? :skeptical:


erm...what GRC and political party was he from? The name very familiar and the photo is familiar.. πŸ˜“

I'm not a very religious person, in fact I only believe in doing good and not doing things against conscience and to help the poor whenever it is within my capabilities.

While I applaud the swift response by NCCS that resulted in MDA's demand for the removal of FHM magazine, I cannot help but feel frustrated with NCCS for not taking a firmer stance with Siew's actions. I am also puzzled why MDA, the supposed regulatory body for internet publications, chose to remain silent on this matter.

However, I am most appalled that the Singapore Police Force has chosen to do nothing even as it investigated Donaldson Tan for putting a pig on a holy Muslim icon. Double standards? Are Christians less deserving of public respect as a religion? Is this the practical working of the same logic that former Foreign Affairs Minister George Yeo spewed when he said that Christians are less likely to riot (in response to allowing The Last Temptation of Christ). I urge the Police to investigate the matter and issue Siew a warning, if necessary, for his act has clearly offended Christianity. Treat us as equals.

Again, I urge NCCS to take a serious look into this matter and continue to maintain the honour and dignity of Christianity and all Christians as it has done in the FHM case.

A person who does not believe, value n honour His ressurection is not a Christian. And i did not even know that he speaks out for the LGBTs.
