Hi,
i ever went to a chinese physician, and he advise me to take white fungus every night to \"strengthen\" my lungs. Just boil and throw in min sugar and take it every night before sleep.
However he did mention that this need to be long term and will not see results if you didnt maintain. I only took for a few weeks and stop..no persistant...hehe
