Her blood type is indicated in the blood report that the hospital did when she was born. The report is stapled onto the first page of the health booklet.<br /><br /><br />They offer a replacement copy (at a price) if you’ve lost it. I’m not sure if it’s specific blood type identification but there are 2 other results included in this report.<br /><br />Hope this helps…</p>
