When I called at 330pm, it was 81sc.

So moe updated 83. Doesn't matter much if the other 2 is pr or not.
Just take it as 83 sc

But how many of the 83 SC are within 1 km?

I know for sure, 81 sc are with 1km. This was confirmed by the lady over the phone.
The additional 2 I don't know, coz I didn't call after that.
My last call was made at 330pm

Can any mummies share for p1 Maths workbook and textbook, what's the title.
You can chk with school to find out if they will provide the information on how many balloted for P2C.

Hong Wen uses My Pals are Here. I'm not sure abt the other schools in the Kallang area.
