I have some extra funds put away in DBS <a href="http://www.dbs.com/sg/personal/deposit/foreign-currency-current-account/default.aspx">http://www.dbs.com/sg/personal/deposit/foreign-currency-current-account/default.aspx</a>. Given the violatility of the market, I wouldn't choose a long tenor. Unlike other banks foreign currency deposit, this one requires only a minimum SGD2,000. The catch is interest rate not as high but allows me to have exposure to foreign currencies. <br /><br /><br />As for unit trust, do consider online platforms such as POEMS, DollarDex or Fundsupermart, etc</p>
