apart from using Learners PSLE Synthesis & Transformation, i also bought Casco PSLE Synthesis & Transformation S$6.95 form Popular. We can’t find "Notwithstanding" too.

No.1 said the notes conform to what the teacher teaches, but what he needs (teacher did not teach) is not covered by these books. We did not find any notes on "Notwithstanding".
