<![CDATA[Blacklist maid Nurhayati work permit no 0 0753213 and agency]]>Recently, I engage a maid and her name is Nurhayati and work permit no 0 0753213- . She look friendly but she is a real devil and a big liar..We bought her different types of tea to drink.. and one day we discover she drank my boy milk. To our horror, when my mum brought my son out, she steal food to eat and drink. It just happen one day my 2 years old boy came back from walk after that, he open the door that seal the rubbish chute, then he started to find a cup with spoon and started to stir. After that, my mum realised the sound and went to take a look, manage to stop him from drinking.


Every weekend, we will ask the maid not to cook and go out with us. This maid refuse to go out or find excuses that she will have headachae and not feeling well if see too many people, or give us black face when we bring her out with us.

One day, when I am on leave and brought my son out but forget to bring things and head home, the house is empty. She went out without my knowledge and waited for her 2 hrs still not back. As I have some important things to attend so ask my mum who stay nearby me to take a look. She came back only after dinner and when confront her, she said she wants the freedom to move around as and when she like. Then, she wants to go home and refuse to do anything thereafter.

My hubby and I are both working and contemplating whether to pack her off immediately as we are afraid that we are unable to cope. Then to our horror, she is a witch. She abuse my elder girl during the night, left a blueblack thumbprint on her shoulder and run away the next day. Luckily, that day I am alert and heard the door bang. Immediately, wake my hubby and enlist my siblings help, manage to catch her back. She pack and run away at 5am.When we brought her back, we search her bags.. she even so fierce said wants to strip and let us search. We found that she took all the things we bought for her, my hubby watch and our family photographs.

I call the MOM and agent. Told them my case and ask them what should I do. MOM officers only said I should report the case and I ask so do I still need to pay for her airtickets and would I get back the remaining loan I paid. Then MOM officers just said its between u and your agency. What the hell is MOM doing only know how to take monthly FWL from employers, do not know how to do things..Agent just tell me according to contract I have to pay her airtickets and if send her off, the remaining loan will be forefitied.

The employment agency - ART employment - Steven Loo also one kind... I have paid deposit for the new replacement maid to come. Then, he keep on delaying saying at first the maid has permit problem or passport problem. In the end, 2 months still never come. As we are unable to wait, so we told him we would like to cancel. Then he deduct $200 from our deposits which state that to pay for administrative fee before apply to MOM.. He is a real money sucker. I have checked with more well-established agent, they only charges $50 - $100 for administrative fee only when they have submit the application to MOM. This is not the 1st time he gave us execuses. Nurhayati is also not the maid we chosen. The one we chosen, he said the Indonesia agency cheat his money and run away with some maid and happen the one I chosen is one of them. So, he passed us this maid. After the maid has run away, she even ask her to take the transfer maid he has on hand... Pls do not go to this ART employment agency as he is not trustable anymore.

I have attached the devil maid photos and employers who is currently engage her be careful.. She can be very good to the kids in front of your and she is good at sowing discord among your families. She will tell tales your mom or in-law and then tell your mom and in-law another side of the tales and twist facts.

When the agency recycle yr maid to ano eyer, they’ll earn more commission. When u pay ano $700, they still earn fr you. But you’ll be knowingly transferring yr problem to ano family who does not deserve any such stress.

I was a very satisfied customer of Nation Human Resource Pte Ltd at Hougang Green Shopping Mall till very recently.

I hired a FDW in Nov18 based on biodata presented by Nation, which stated that the FDW had 3 years work experience taking care of young children and can do all round house work. This met my criteria, as I needed a FDW to take care of 2 of my children, aged 2 and 4, and do general housework. The FDW arrived in early Feb19, but asked to leave after barely 2 weeks, citing reason that she ‘cannot handle the young children’, she was ‘unhappy’, and she wanted to ‘change employer’. In fact, our family was away for 5 days during those 2 weeks she was with us, and we didn’t burden her with any babysitting or housework during those 5 days. Upon returning from our short trip, since she claimed that she ‘cannot handle the young children, we delegated the babysitting to another FDW and left her with just general housework to do. We tried to accommodate her work preferences, but all she wanted was to ‘go back to the agency’.

We were wondering if the FDW is homesick, but it turned out that she LIED about her work experience. She did not have experience doing proper housework nor taking care of young children (not her own). She came from the squatters and was not used to cleaning the house. She confessed to my other FDW that the Philippines agency told her to lie about her work experience. That’s probably the main reason why she asked to leave – she is not used to working at all. Nation failed to verify accuracy of this FDW’s biodata, which is not why I’m writing this feedback. What I cannot accept is that Nation did NOTHING to rectify the situation when I confronted them about this falsified biodata – no proper explanation was given, no assistance was rendered in getting a replacement FDW, no goodwill was extended in absorbing the additional costs due to their partner’s malpractice.

When I sent the FDW back to the agency, I was owed >$1000 unpaid loan from this FDW who did not serve her contract. Today, I was asked to pay for yet another $700 for a replacement FDW who is a candidate referred by myself. Not to mention the$15 per day lodging fee that I had to pay for the dishonest FDW till she finds her new employer.

I am utterly disappointed with Nation’s way of handling this matter. The FDW wouldn’t have been hired if she did not have the right experience that I was looking for. This fraudulent practice has caused me a great deal of monetary loss and inconvenience, all at my own expense. Nation is a reputable agency and this is definitely not the service level that I’d expected.

Young teenage maids 15 years old to 17 years old are still not mature enough to work and shoulder responsibilities of taking care of kids and household. The maids were taught to tell lies to cover up the truth. To cut a long story short, my complaints, with supporting documented evidence, fell on deaf ears.


ON MOM’s website, it was stated that it is wrong to knowingly employ underaged maids. If employers know about this, we should report to MOM immediately and the maid will be sent back. When I did, they turned a deaf ear and blind eye simply saying that I could warn other employers if I would act as a referee for my maid’s future employers in Singapore.

It was a slap in my face. I smelt a rat…

I feel both of you should inform MOM about their oversight on this. This sound scary and ART Employment agency should be checked by MOM too.
It is not an oversight on the part of MOM. MOM deliberately ignored all your complaints and pleas. MOM says one thing and do another. The only way is to approach the MPs if you feel strongly enough about blacklisting your maid and get your MP to write to MOM.

That is the only way. Else MOM is very arrogant and high handed ....with employers. Seems like we employers are the ones banned from sight. :shock: :torchme:

I have personally a very bad experience with my current maid which we have sent back to agency today. We originally wanted to buy air ticket and send her home but daddy was concerned about the saga that she might created at the airport (since she mentioned she doesn’t want to go back).

We decided to take the pain and terminate her service because we found her dishonest and full of lies. We caught her on a few occasions that confirmed she cannot be trusted:

1st occasion - I found her missing (not at home) while I fetch my baby back from infant care around 530pm one day. She came back 20mins later claiming that she went downstairs to search for the clip that we used to clip our rags on the corridor railings. We use big clips for our rags (10cm) and she needs to use 20 mins to find 1 clips which she claimed she dropped downstairs?

2nd occasion - we told her to wash our car, but caught her washing half way (with all the pails & clothes) still on the car and missing in the carpark! We waited at the carpark for her for 15mins and asked her where she went. She actually told us she went urinating at the ground floor of a HDB block! We were shocked and asked her to bring us there but she kept walking around the estate and finally brought us to HDB ground floor where the place is not blocked with frequent passers-by! How can a adult urinate at a place like this? We deemed that she is lying and asked her why she didn’t go back home to urinate since our place is just 2 blocks from the carpark (where she was supposed to be washing the car)?

3rd occasion - she kept asking us to bring forward her Sunday off day a few months back claiming it’s her friend’s birthday. We finally allow her to go (on the agreement that she will have to come back by 7pm). She was home late by 20mins and we told her off, she displayed her unhappiness & attitude then went to shower. After a 20mins shower, she came out crying saying her daughter was missing and she wants to go home. We were pissed coz just 20mins earlier, she came back with full makeup on her face and bags of shoppings! Question: would you have the mood to attend birthday party & makeup & shoppings if your daughter was missing since the Thursday before (as she claimed to be)? And she even has the mood to make jelly in our house on the next day (but still insist she wants to go back)!

Frankly I think there are so many of them who are here to "holiday" & look for their friends (especially those who have been here before). It will really be a painful experience for the employers to go through when we got irresponsible maids like these.

Thought that we should share the particulars of this maid that we just sent back to agency, to avoid other parents going through similar painful experience like us:

After reading so many horror stories about maids, conclusion is that Singapore employers are always at the losing end because MOM is not helping us at all, we end up got to fork out more money to settle the maid issue. So I think the most effective way to prevent all these evil maids to change name and re-enter Singapore, the employers should post their photos in the blog so that any potential employer can be aware of these maids.

Thank you! I have contacted the owner of the blog. Apparently there is another site meant for invited guest as the \"human rights\" group have complained. Seriously, there should be a site like this to protect employers. Maid normally will win sympathy no matter what they have done. The general comments will be there are more maids suffered than maids that don't. The funny thing is, maids can get away with most stuff they did, but employers cannot seek redress but to base on one's own luck to have such a \"maid from hell\". This is just unfair. Maids' voice seems to be louder than us which we are the employer who are paying them a salary for work not properly done. If we as employee did a shitty job at work, will we be able to get away with it?

So if MOM didn’t reply your email that the "devil" maid has been blacklisted, she is actually not blacklisted and can come back.


I hope this forum can serve as a place for employers to check for "blacklisted" maid which cannot be blacklisted by MOM because of no police report.

I am not siding the agency , the first month she came she was good but all my neighbors have maid , she mixed with them and getting worst as days goes .

U can send both 2 kids to childcare and take care of the 3rd one.. Are u a SAHM? I know some nanny they can come to your house to help u during day time or nanny stay in on weekday.. Its just that it more xxx than maid.. Can call nanny agency and ask
