I think you should try cacao powder too. It helps in weight loss as well. Every morning, I make a cup of tea (usually green tea) and then add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and cacao powder. Have not sustained it enough to know if it works, but I do feel energised. <br /><br /><br />I get both my cacao and chia from <a href="http://www.superlife.co">http://www.superlife.co</a>.
