Blueberry, as far as I know, of all the schools you have name, u may consider Kranji sec school. My fren daughter is studying there and the school is really pushing the students to higher limits. This year is her o level and then hook really prepares the students for it. Just my 2 cts worth of info.

Tks for your recommendation. The school is within our radar, provided my girl's results are good enough.

Going to school open houses during this time is also for the benefit of my youngest who will be taking PSLE in 2 yrs' time. I will bring both of them to visit the schools around our area so that he gets an idea which school he might want to go to. And also I'm curious to see what lies beyond the school gates.

Does anyone know which schools in the west are having open house on 24-Nov? So far I only know of Choa Chu Kang Sec, Clementi Town & Hillgrove.


Some schools indicated it somewhere obscure on their website but no other details given (eg. Regent, Kranji, Greenridge). Even the Clementi Town open house info was found at the Parent Support Group FB page, not on the school's website. Strange.

TKGS will be having our Open House on 17 November from 0900-1100hrs, or 1130-1330hrs. We would like to invite all interested parents and Primary 6 students to experience the TKGS spirit and vibrant school culture. There will be presentations by our school leaders and heads of department. You will come away with information on our school's special programmes including the Music Elective Programmes.

Parents and students can also look forward to experiencing our TKGS Curriculum with hands-on learning activities, arts performances as well as interactive display booths by our CCA groups. Our TKGS student leaders are looking forward to bringing you around for a guided school tour. We look forward to having you with us on the 17 November!
