My DD is 14mths old. Looking to send her to nearby child care at 18mths.
Any to recommend? good if near to or on way to MRT. Can send her there before going to work. Had tried MFS but waiting list is very long. Thanks in advance.

Just to share, I came across this ad for Super Talent Childcare (Ang Mo Kio).

They have a centre at 218 Ang Mo Kio Ave 1, #01-925, Singapore 560218. And they will be conducting a registration day at their centre this Saturday, 13 Oct 2018, 10am - 2pm, where there will be fun trial lessons for the kids, as well as sharing sessions between parents and teachers.

Teachers will also provide assessments of the kids after they attend the trial classes.

They are also conducting a survey and so if you have a child between 2 months to 6 years old, complete the survey before 11 Oct to stand a chance to win an iPad !

I also called them and understand that their centre provides infant care services.

So bring your kids down to the centre this Saturday (13 Oct), to learn more 🙂 :rahrah:

We checked out mind champ but is the fees are 1.7k per month too expensive and over our budget as I am still expecting another child due this year end.

Very good facilities and definitely recommend it, near my workplace too which helps a lot.


There is also another one in st12 nearby. I like their curriculum. And teachers send whatsapp pics to show me how my kid is doing in school, i really like that. Any parents considering, definitely will recommend this.

I think they have mid view shuttle bus, maybe from mrt. U can check. The lady who toured me is quite nice, one of TE teacher. Their toys are new and the classrooms are spacious. U can check out. Seriously your side, it's full. And some centers are quite bad. My friends cousin went home by himself without teacher knowing as grandma picked him up late. Scary....

Note this school takes the health checkups seriously when you send in your kids everyday. But i believe this helps greatly to minimise breakouts of infectious diseases.

I am considering switch to other childcare now.


I realized my kid learned much less even than the playgroup of 2 hours.

The teachers in this center are really very quiet. They don’t even say hello to people come and leave. They don’t have provide much activities for kids. My kid now is very shy to talk when go outside. Talk to the dean and teachers but got no improvement.

I still recommend this school to parents who just need a center to accommodate the kid daytime with a little bit sacrificing the kid’s talent.
