Kids at this age need at least 10 hours of sleep.  My boy P4, wakes up 6am and nap about 2.5 hours every afternoon, at night sleep around 9.30am.  That leaves about 2 hours of coaching at night.  I do not allow him to go for remedial / supplementary classes &amp; CCA not compulsory (also no CCA bus back home).<br /><br /><br />Not enough sleep how to concentrate in class?  Parents have to weigh what is important and adjust priorities / schedule.</p>
