does anybody send yr parent to some centre for pysio therapy kind of exercise ? Can advice ? TIA.

My father in law goes to Alexendra hospital for exercise. He is 84 year old. I think each time is 1hour.

Do you need to be a patient there and recommended by a doctor ?

There are staff there to guide the old folks or sick people in using the fitness equipments. It is not outdoor fitness centre u see in play ground of h d b. it is an indoor fitness centre. They might have another name for it.

Maybe you can call your town council to find out more.

I believe these fitness centers are run by pap.

There are many others so it depends on which is more convenient.
