i know she was about 16 or 17 years old, went jogging one day and was found raped and killed…i think she was a student from vjc. i believe the place she was found was either changi or pasir ris…

very pretty girl with long hair. case unsolved.

Winnifred Teo was same year as me in CJC. I knew her personally and it was quite shocking. Can’t believe almost 30 years have passed since.

Winnifred Teo - Place : Holland Road area. She was friend of my neighbour. Neighbour and I take buses to JC at same bus-stop every morning. I still remember my neighbour talking to me about this case. Winnifred Teo's family dressed her in red when she was buried, hoping they will find the attacker(s) so she can 讨回公道.

Bukit Batok Nature park case - she was attacked during 1st/2nd day of CNY. For a long time, I don't dare/want to go to Bukit Batok Nature park.

Both cases remained unsolved.
I remember these 2 cases. The both of them were sexually assaulted.
They were both jogging when it happened. It is very sad.

I remember it vividly. Was quite shaken at that time after it happened.

Thought it occurred at MacRitchie??

I still remembered this case. Winnifred was my one of my classmates' friend. We were all deeply shaken by the case.
