Got high cholesterol:<br /><br />Total cholesterol 238<br />HDL cholesterol 45<br />LDL cholesterol 164<br />Cholesterol/HDL ratio 5.29<br /><br />Time to do regular exercises and watch my diet.  Take rolled oats breakfast everyday.
