Finally one revealed that no adjustment was required but I simply needed to work on my hip, glute and hamstring area. After one consultation I kept doing the exercises and the pain stopped. I felt bad because actually by helping me this doc would earn less money... For someone that young, you should find out exactly what is happening - is it just poor posture, or something more serious? (can use those pull up bars for this purpose). Yes, my son has swimming lesson once a week since last year. I have check with Guardian pharmacy for the i-zest which was recommended by a parent in this forum. Quite costly about $1000+ for few treatments, helps to improve back posture.<br />Cheaper way is to go swimming...if the hunchback problem gets worst, the child may have scoliosis in future, and may require spine operation. Straighten the body.<br />Hope you get the picture. <br /><br />My dd still trying this out, but not much time with school workloads. Think you need to do this regularly to see results.</p>
