3boys. I guess you aren't happy when the government is giving out money. We may go down the slippery slope of welfare society that many western economies have their present financial trouble rooted on. But see from another perspective, our government has so many creative policies that collect tax in the expense of its citizen, what is there to worry that the government just give part of it away? It is still way better than they use it liberally in some constituencies to buy votes.

You have misread, i have no issues with the vouchers, just the people griping about receiving them.

When each person got one, I'd thought it surely means every of those vouchers could be used!

:scratchhead: .....So.....would the garment declare the amount they have issued out to the people as the ACTUAL value on the vouchers? (If so, that would be over-stated) Or the amount which is actually claimable, or, how many are actually utilized at the end of the validity period? (Got validity? I haven't checked)
