<![CDATA[How to get rid of Eczema scars?]]>Hi, previously a polyclinic doctor prescribed a cream for my dd's 'eczema' and these wound heal but they left with black scar. How can I get rid of these black marks? :roll: Any creams to recommend?

I find that pure aloe vera gel is very good for this. It is not oil-based and dries very quickly. It also have healing properties which might do some good for scars. Also, topical vitamin E application will help to reduce scars. Hope this helps
