Only 40+% goes to express sec.  Anyway this is info from one of the parent, her child in 2nd class, think top 20 in class ~190.   So I supposed not far from there.  Yes, when Sch do not push enough, kids &amp; parents have to work harder.  Thanks for the well wishes.
