They can grow out of control or deform - leads to cancer. They can mutate or become resistant to treatment. But you would need to check her consultation hours because some sessions are run by another doctor. I had that type of fleeting pain and even went for ultrasound, ECG for heart etc. Turned out it was GERD.<br /><br /><br />But get your breasts checked anyway once in 2 years. You need a mammogram if above 40yo.</p>
