She can clean the house but v slow .. However she can't get alone with my mum . Recently I find that I need to tell her then she do . Automatic gear shut down .Put my yakult  outside the fridge and I got to throw away . Reasons is fridge no place . I found out that some stuff need not refrigerate . told her next time must ask me.<br /><br /><br />Next week put my fresh milk outside , when I ask her she says cannot meh ???? :frustrated: <br /> No sorry for the above , <br />Wonder she really don't know or act blur <br /><br /><br />The good thing is that she doesn't really mix with other maids .<br /><br />The dilemma is that will I get a maid worse than her if I send her back ? Some of them are itching to go home and purposely do something to have themselves sent home.  Others that doesn’t socialise much may have some bottled-up emotions.  Maybe can go through with her again the dos and donts and see how that goes.</p>

Ask her what she wants; go back now or finish contract? At this moment; loan is paid, she made some money; you are at her mercy. She already gave u 2 good years, so give her a good end.</p>

It’s a lot of trouble when the maid mixes with bad company who like to go out all the time. <br />Try to train her personally first for a few weeks?</p>
