<![CDATA[DS milk doubled after taking Dhatifen]]>Hi,


Anyone given Dhatifen to their kid and has a weird side effect?
DS is 3 yo. Doc gave DS a bottle of Dhatifen due to his frequent bronchitis. After finishing a bottle of Dhatifen, DS milk feed doubled!! :? From 210ml in 1 feed become 450ml in 1 feed. I was very worried and stop him from drinking so much. But he keep insisting that he is hungry and want somemore milk or else he cant sleep. Im very very worried if he will indigestion due to overfed and cause more phlegm and more complications.

Anyone encounter such prob?

I tried giving him water after the 1st bottle of milk. He refuse to drink. He keep saying he wants milk. I try food snack. See he willing to take or not.

My kids were on Dhatifen before and I was warned by the PD that it does improve the appetite of the child. My kids were skinny, so I was happy that they take in more milk. But 450ml per feed sounds alot. Perhaps you can call and check with the doc?
