I like the storewide 10% discount. Each time this promo comes along, I would go and sweep (not just carry four, sometimes 24 at one go) milk powder, diapers, yakult.... No more already.... Ok, I better stock up on milk powder.

Ntuc Finest carries the likes of patΓ©, foie gras, pickled haricot, bonne maman confiture, bon bon, etc. Cold Storage carries a fair selection of cheeses, butter and deli. Where does this leave Carrefour? Difficult to survive without clear product differention. I remember they wanted more locations ie Expo but was unsuccessful.

Shengsiong operates like a wet market. I am impressed with the variety of fresh produce and the dry ingredients. Many items that we can't find at other supermarkets.


Yeah agree CF has one of the best choices for high band stuff but they also have the worst service. cold storage is best and fairprice as fair, shengsiong okok.
