They offered to exchange both my bottles (since I bought a box of 2 bottles) with no questions asked. Didn't ask for receipt. They also wanted to test my steam sterilizer and look at my deformed bottle, which by the way, went back to its <b><b>ORIGINAL</b></b> shape after a few days   :roll:   <br /><br />After a week, they called back and said nothing is wrong with my sterilizer. Despite testing it for a few days, the sterilizer didn't auto-switch on like I said it did during the initial period of my usage.  :stupid: As a result, they will not exchange a new one for me. <br /><br />Apparently, nothing was wrong with the bottle too.  :skeptical: <br /><br />They have chased me a couple of times to go and pick up the sterilizer. For my 3rd, I didn't really sterilize. For the glass bottles, I poured boiling water in it and let it stand for a while. I bought a pegion brand clamp and use it to hold the teat and bottle caps while I pour boiling water over them. <br /><br />I'm so lax with my 3rd becos one day while I was breast feeding bb, I thought I'm not sterilizing my breasts.
