Just came back from NTUC Bishan. Haven't been there for so long!!! They renovated and now it's NTUC Finest. They still carry the Greens brand. It's in the baking goods section.

Yeah, do share with us how it went, regardless whether you baked or not.

From Australia. No artificial colours or flavours. They have a classic Chico cake mix which includes the icing mix. I buy mine from NTUC Bishan, the section where they have groceries from Down Under, Nex or Serangoon Gardens.

Sorlli I kayo arrrh .... chanced upon this when I logged in.

I am more for qms' suggestion cuz personally, I have tried Betty Crocker mix and didn't like it.

I use Greens for pre-mix cakes as I find they taste better ... no artificial flavours nor preservatives. I baked a choco cake for DH's bday this year using the pre-mix but no one knew it. But of course it's your call at the end of the day lah ... just offering more options and giving you more headache πŸ˜†

Anyway, think it's really sweet of you to bake a cake for your wife. She is so fortunate to have a hubby like you. Like qms, I remember you were
