That is very sad indeed, but I heard many parents from other under-subscribed schools tell me that the lower teacher:student ratio results in their child getting more quality and quantity attention than at overcrowded schools. Maybe this would this help to pull up the quality of the education at these schools?<br /><br />On a side note, will the new rule allowing priority for the MOE K kids bump up demand slightly for Blangah Rise Pri?
