I am surprise there is not much information about this school for their academic performance. 😂 I have been to Park View Primary School and Elias Park Primary school for school visitation and feel that Park View Primary School is more holistic in their teaching and do really show more concern in the students well being.
I think this is in view of the MOE's instructions of not publishing the top scores. Anyway Park View Pri Sch is a good school and my DS has matured and developed significantly during his 6 years there.

I have already registered mine as I am interested in both Park View Primary School and Elias Park Primary School for my girl coming P1 registration this month. Elias Park will also be running an open house but the date has yet to be confirm. You can register Park View Primary School open house on their website choosing the date that you will be going.

I think PV can be joined even b4 the child has register for the school. It will stand a higher chance for the child to get in when the registration starts. PV can also be joined after the child get into the school. Mainly is help out at the school at the same time also keep ourselvous updated with the child progress and what the school is doing.

Pasir Ris is quite a new town. If you are comparing academics between the 2 primary schools, there is very little difference. It is the way that the Principal run the school plus the dedicated school teachers and the never say never parent volunteers that make a difference![/quote]

Overall, i have no regrets in this primary school. It nurtured my son and brought out the best in him!

Nope. I have not received any letter from MOE for P1 registration. When will they be giving out the letters? Heard the registration will start from June.

I will be moving to Pasir Ris Area soon this year .. kind of excited as Pasir Ris is a totally new place to me . My gal is K1 this year .. very soon in 2016 she will be going Primary School. As a mum , I now kind of see n look around the nearby Primary Schools in Pasir Ris Area . Im not those looking for branded schools.. I prefer neighbhood schools + convenient 🙂 So far I see that the nearest schools - Elias Park ( nearer ) or Park View ( 1-2 Bus Stop ) . Both still within 1 KM . From the reviews here , it seem Park View to be well liked by more parents .

1)I will still like to hear more feedback from parents - like the teachers , principal , CCA academic in PVPS .

2) If I enroll my gal to PVPS next time , does PVPS has this Parent Group Committee ? I heard some schools do have this group for parents .

3) School Bus - can anyone share how much is the fares and If I require the school bus service next time , how do I go about it - procedure ?
